Job Description
Client Processing - S6 Assist with the onboarding of a new reconciliation utility for Securities Finance within the Markets Investigations team. They will be expected to drive their training and support management with creating of any necessary procedures. Support the Business in carrying out reconciliation and investigations functions in relation to Securities Finance. Investigate simple and complex exceptions, performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying causes. Liaise with Business and/or Processing teams to communicate and implement process improvements. Analyse trends and present findings with recommendations to direct process improvements. Ensure proper review of aging items and adherence to aging standards for exceptions. Interact with clients and across business areas as required. Escalate issues and queries to management as appropriate. Assist in technical testing and implementation of software/process changes as needed. Qualifications High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors’ degree preferred. Work preferred 3+ years of work experience in Securities Finance and Foreign Exchange preferred. Proficiency in Excel/Power BI preferred.
