This exciting role offers opportunity to: Co-work with sourcing team to constitute different material supply strategy in peak and slack season, and deliver material in time through VMI, JIT, risk buy and so on. Purchase order management which includes unconfirmed PO, pass-due PO and PO pulling in/out or cancellation with the changes in demand. Material shortage management, originate different handling processes for shortages within 3days,1week and 1 month; Inventory turn over target setting and slow moving materials prevention and disposition. Establish principles for set-up of different material parameters and audit if materials’ purchasing is based on SAP MRP results and executed on time. Ensure material controllers confirm sales orders’ material status within 48H and keep it updated; Supplier relationship maintenance and performance evaluation； Team objectives planning and performance evaluation, actively supporting employees in complex and difficult procedures to ensure the success of employees’ work; Improvement and optimization in all Material-Controller-team-related procedures to be a competent partner to all internal customers. Work out and implement training schedule of material management section. Temporary tasks assigned by manager; Handling EOL materials. Spot buy. Samples order, PPAP and spec. approval, etc. Qualifications Requirement: Education level required: Bachelor’s degree and above Years and area of experience required: 6 year purchasing /material management experience Technical knowledge: ERP system, especially module of SAP MM/PP Soft skills: Can achieve outstanding performance under work pressure & Good communications skills and negotiation tactics Yes!
