Eaton’s Corporate division is currently seeking a Lead Analyst BW/ABAP - Production Support to join our team. This position is based at our Mexico facility. The Lead Analyst BW/ABAP is responsible for provide day-to-day support, predominantly High to Critical complexity incidents, that are disrupting normal business operation in a timely manner, to ensure timely, reliable, cost effective service to Eaton employees and customers. Some activities related with the position will be: Will manage incidents/Requests and changes by troubleshooting and bug-fixing/development of Interfaces, Reports, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, Forms using SAP development technologies. Deliver incident, request and change within EATON specified SLAs and updates to stakeholders in timely manner Will provide production support as needed to address custom and standard development issues Will deliver in small requests around the globe by development of Interfaces, Reports, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, and Forms using SAP development technologies. Will continually learn new advanced development technologies and programming techniques to provide value to our business by enhancing self-knowledge and capability. Will provide excellent quality code as well as excellent documentation including unit test scripts and results. Will Maintain zero impact through regression testing in the global environment Will mentor, train and guide members on the support team member Will maintain a global mindset during the support process to ensure that the development/fixes will have no impact on global functionality. Participate in improvements to applications and processes in order to decrease incidents and maintain quality. Diversity is the key to achieve the best talents for our business and there are no limits for who is passionate about new challenges and experiences!”. #LI-DC1 Qualifications Experience Required: Graduated in IT Sector, Mathematics, Engineering or related area; Expert trouble-shooter and proven expertise as a Production support specialist; Fluent English skills (will perform in a global team); Demonstrated expertise knowledge & hands-on experience in following ABAP Technical Competencies (prior experience): ABAP Development (ECC, S4 HANA, OOPS, BW) Forms Development – Adobe Forms, SAPScript, Smartforms Exposure to one of Integration technologies– PI, ALE, IDoc Userexits, BADI, enhancement spots Exposure on interfaces using IDOC/File, Transfer/Proxy Exposure to 1-2 of the following SAP modules: MM, SD, PP, FICO, WM, BW Should have knowledge & hands-on experience in following BW Competencies (secondary experience): Monitor BW data loads and regular maintenance jobs provide on-call support and fix issues as required. Expertise in trouble shoot and performance tuning of BW system as required. Develop, test BW objects and reports confirming to development standards as required based on helpdesk ticket assigned. Design data extraction and loading / Configure BW chains. Develop and enhance DTPs, transfer rules, update rules and start routines and routines necessary for info-packages and variables for complex reporting scenarios. Create, maintain, enhance, document and debug SAP extractors (FI, LO (SD, MM, PP, QM), Vistex, GTS, Master data, custom), create and enhance user exits in ECC system to support BW extractors Develop Process chains, Open hub processes, APD processes for extracting data from BW.
