Role Description: This newly created role will partner with the Finance and Business Management team which is aligned with Global Operations and Technology for BNYM. As a member of this team, this role will work closely with the CFO to ensure day to day and urgent deliverables and tasks are completed and efficiency and quality standards are met. The role will responsible for driving both short term and long term programs, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions. This includes leading central coordination efforts across Operations and Technology to deliver Executive Level Reporting to the CEO and Executive Committee of BNYM. In addition, the role will also be responsible for driving change on a large scale and developing operating frameworks to position the 100+ member Finance & Business Management team and 30,000+ Operations and Technology team for success.
