Eaton’s Corporate Sector is currently seeking a Lead Analyst- Digital Finance to join our team. This position is based at our Beachwood, OH location. Hybrid work schedule available, from Beachwood, OH. Position Overview: In this role, you will be joining our Digital Finance team within the Operations Finance & Transformation function. The role will report to our Finance Operations Senior Manager, Digital Office with a functional reporting line into Eaton's Digital Office. As a member of the Digital Finance team, primary responsibilities will include overall financial reporting, forecasting, and planning. We provide timely and insightful information and analysis to management to support decision making and continuously work on improving organizational performance (FP&A activities). In this function you will: Support the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning processes for Digital Office Support the monthly closing and forecast process Prepare, review, and analyze all financial reports for review with senior group management Support segment leadership team with analysis to support profit improvement opportunities and strategies to grow globally Preparation of monthly forecasting presentations and adhoc presentations Perform special analyses to support strategic business decision making. This can include financial analysis in support of strategic initiatives, capital investments, changing business models, acquisition activity, pricing models, etc. Gather, consolidate, and analyze key performance indicators across business segments and support functions Serve as liaison between the Sector, Corporate, and the Sector business finance teams for all related requirements Support Finance Operations Senior Manager on partnering with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, IT, and other teams to drive key initiatives Lead or assist with process improvement and automation, and other special projects as necessary Lead all core internal controls activities (including SOX compliance) and all requests from audit / compliance.. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years of experience working in FP&A in a high growth environment. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
