Eaton’s Corporate Sector is currently seeking a Lead Analyst – Treasury to join our team. This position is based at our Beachwood, OH location. Flexible hybrid work schedule available. Position Overview: As part of a global team, the Lead Treasury Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the groups liquidity needs through co-ordination with regional Treasury Centers and local operations to implement Eaton’s global cash and liquidity strategy). The position will work closely with intercompany partners such as GFSS, AP, Tax, Payroll, GFA, and sectors on various initiatives impacting Eaton’s liquidity landscape and also be responsible for the identification of new / reporting on existing KPI’s which can be used to benchmark / improve performance. In this function you will: Manage the daily cash position in North America Ownership of a rolling 13 week forecast in accordance with other key data points that come from (but not limited to) Eaton's Global Liquidity Model, monthly cash flow forecast, other cash flow forecasts as appropriate. Build relationships with intercompany partners such as GFSS, AP, Tax, Payroll, GFA, and Sectors to understand material flows likely to occur on the 13 week horizon and plan accordingly. Issue commercial paper as required to assist funding these flows. Maintain relationships with Eaton's CP dealing banks Invest excess cash as required in accordance with agreed parameters / products. Optimize returns for Eaton while managing risks. Digitally fund and execute (through Quantum) key Treasury payments including dividends, share repurchases Ensure all cash management related queries are resolved in a timely manner. Manage Eaton's mix of currencies held, through efficient management of cash pools via execution of external swaps, ensuring the currency mix is optimizing Eaton's P&L and liquidity needs. Own Eaton's cash management structures by leveraging technology including Quantum Cash Xplorer, and PowerBI to ensure real time, accurate cash visibility and improve pooling structures to avoid stranding cash. Drive conversations among GFSS, Site Controllers, Tax, Accounting an Bank Account Management Team to identify bank accounts that can be closed / rationalized. Execution of strategic activity as developed by Treasury, Tax, Corporate Development & Planning, Legal Entity Simplification, Capital Markets, and more as appropriate Ownership of existing monthly / quarterly KPI reporting to senior management about activities executed as well as identification of KPI’s which can be used to benchmark / improve performance Why work at Eaton? Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Finance or related field from an accredited institution Minimum of 5+ years of experience in global finance environment No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
