Lead CI Analyst (Content Marketing & Tech Docs)

Job Description
The Lead Continuous Improvement Analyst (content marketing and tech docs) is responsible for leading end-to-end process and system design as well as the implementation of a continuous improvement framework for all tech docs and marketing content production. The role will work closely with internal marketing and engineering teams as well as supporting functions spanning Eaton's entire EMEA Electrical Sector organization to ensure deployment of single-piece-flow approaches to content production. The expected outcomes will be increased throughput at a lower cost per unit while improving the quality and ultimately customer adoption of all outputs. Your main duties: Lead the design and implementation of the new end-to-end processes and supporting systems for technical documentation and marketing content production Drive deployment of a standardized single-piece-flow approach to the content development process in order to aide identification and resolution of common bottlenecks, increase throughput, and drive down per unit costs of content production Oversee development and ongoing improvements to future state Value Stream Maps and associated measurement framework to help teams identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement - hot and cold loop Be the custodian of the Scrum process governing development of user story maps, backlog prioritization and sprint planning as it is applied within the marketing organization - includes coaching and guiding the ES EMEA Division Content marketing and Tech Docs Scrum teams, working in close concert with the ES EMEA Scrum Coach Work closely with the Division Content Marketing and Tech Docs Scrum masters to identify and resolve common blockers and issues affecting production processes - including escalating issues up the management chain where needed Quality assurance and best cost delivery of all required assets Proactively and continuously seek for and test new ideas, alternative solutions, even in case of data scarceness and demonstrate the ability to cope with ambiguity in a creative way Stay on top of the latest theoretical frameworks and best industry practices in LEAN and SCRUM and ensure they are appropriately adapted and applied to the business processes within the scope of this role Qualifications Required: Minimum bachelor level degree with postgraduate qualification in engineering, CI or related field preferred 5+ years of professional experience from CI LEAN Sixth Sigma / Value Stream Mapping / Continuous Improvement Frameworks and Scrum/Agile Development Analytical mindset Collaborative team player Ability to influence above and amongst peers Open to change Proactive behavior to look for new and alternative solution to opportunities for improvement Ability to deal with ambiguity and in scarceness of data Then we want to hear about you!
