Technical Expertise: 1) BE/MCA with 6 - 7 years’ experience in ClearCase, Jenkins, creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Overall IT experience should be <= 8 - 9 years. 2) Should have worked in Windows environment. 3) Experience in leading a team in CM/DevOps. 4) Knowledge on Perl is mandatory. Knowledge in any other scripting language is an added advantage. 5) knowledge on creation of COEM (Windows OS) will be added advantage. Other skills: • Responsible to play the role of CM/DevOps lead engineer with both management and individual contributor capabilities. • Responsible for motivating the team and leading the team in setting up, managing the IT infrastructure for CM/DevOps, its integrations with different tool chains, and delivering the product with quality. • Experience in working with multi-site global teams with excellent team player skills and communication in an agile environment. • Good verbal, written and listening skills. Should be self-motivated and motivate the team members also.
