It’s a hybrid role- combination of the office and home work. The primary functions of this position are to support the VG EMEA Commercial and HQ Controller in analyzing Top Line and in ensuring New Quotes are consistent with Eaton profitability expectations. In this role, You will be leading the regional Accounts Receivables, coordinating the collection process and ensuring a smooth communication among shared services centers, customer service team, sales team and plant finance teams. As the Lead Commercial Analyst you will directly assess the potential collection risks and will manage the regional bad debt reserve, managing bad debt reviews with each manufacturing plant. Your main responsibilities: Analyze Top Line sales - Actual, Rolling Forecast, Profit Plan and Strat Plan and provide variance analysis Lead the regional OBIEE process, ensuring data accuracy in product profitability reporting Support Region and Product Line in Quoting new business Manage the yearly variable pay plan for the region (each plant) and the SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) for sales team Support VG EMEA Commercial and HQ Controller in special projects (e.g. M&A, Business Relocations, restructuring, covering open positions on a temporary basis) Lead finance function for the facility of Nordhausen, ensuring month-end, forecast and profit plan processes and making sure all the one-off divestiture activities are completed timely and according to financial policies Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Masters Degree in Finance / Accounting (MBA Business Administration is a plus) Fluent in English language.
