The Business Analyst will have responsibility for delivering large strategic as well client driven software development projects within the Refinitiv Professional Services & Consulting segment. The role will interact closely with clients to define, scope, and document the business requirement part of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Good understanding on FX trading markets. Experienced on collecting business requirement from client side and make demo to clients to demonstrate detailed functionalities on our product.
• Good mastery in FX deals and post-trade management. Related deal types are FX Spot, FX Fwd, FX Swap, FX Options, IRS/CCS, etc. Post-trade management includes position keeping and P&L management, VaR and Delta calculations, back-testing work, reports module and accounting part.
• Lead the business requirement discussion during implementation stage and draft functional specifications and related business workflow chart based on our products, which needs abundant client facing experiences for project delivery.
• Work with technical consultant closely on feasible solutions and provide business requirement explanations to development team in need.
• Lead the integration test work and fully review the business test cases to decrease any inconsistency with clients’ business requirement.
• Support other team members in their learning of product functionality.

Education:

• BS/BA degree, or equivalent experience
• CFA/FRM Certification preferred and/or similar work experiences

Required Skills, Necessary Industry Experience and Associated Number of Years of Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience
• Must have excellent analytical problem solving skills
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills
• Strong team player with an entrepreneurial, collaborative spirit
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Above average organization, interpersonal, & communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building successful client relationships or internal team relationship
