Job Description

In this position you will be joining the Intel Module Repair IMR group, located in Kulim, Malaysia. You will be responsible for deep dive debugging/test/rework and perform failure analysis on PCB Boards.

  • To lead team for debug accuracy and debug efficiency improvement.
  • Able to work well with engineer, technician, customer, TD partners to root cause problem and solve it permanently.
  • Candidate is also responsible to develop new debug BKM (best known method) and debug methodology to speed up the trouble shooting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot on the tester failures.


Qualifications

Knowledge in basic electronic instrument such as Multimeter, power supply, oscilloscope and Digital spectrum Analyser.

  • Knowledge in electronic circuitry and optical component.
  • Involve with other department to ensure the RMA process can be close within TAT.
  • To perform any other task when required by superior from time to time.
  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering with 2 years' experience in PCA testing and preferably with Debug/ICT/FVT experience.
  • Knowledge in circuit analysis of schematic diagrams (Digital and Analog) and debugging tools at PCBA level or component level.
  • Strong knowledge in Functional Test and debug.
  • Must be independent and equipped with good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Possess good soldering and rework skills as well as working knowledge with software application.
  • Few years of hands-on RF experience in debugging is added advantage.
  • Adapts to change (work plan, priority and management decision) in the work environment.
  • Competent in required job knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks.
  • Consistently completes assignments or work requirements on time without compromising on quality.
