This will be an independent location role and will be focused on technical leadership, within our customer services team. Some oversees travel, however mainly focused within the UK and Ireland. As technical authority you will contribute to the planning and lead implementation on projects, delivering a technical solution which meets the customers’ needs and complies with industry standards and specifications. This role demands developed communication and interpersonal skills as you will collaborate with teams across the business to understand and deliver solutions to our customers. This includes engineering teams, project managers, SSS, commercial, technical support and management teams. Customer focus, delivering complex technical solutions with exceptional customer service. Champions key technologies. Ownership of technical documentation, reporting and project compliance. Actively engage with project sign-off to ensure technical and commercial suitability. Effective management of risk and technical escalations. Team support, development, mentoring and coaching. Regular updates with current product portfolio from HQ and identify prospects for delivery and further opportunities. Use your skills to move the world forward. Degree /HND level in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent experience. Knowledge of IT/OT networks, Virtualisation, DCS, SCADA, PLC and HMI design and configuration. Experienced with industrial security concepts and international standards. Experience with low voltage equipment design and installation. Experience of full project lifecycle from conception to completion, design, test, documentation, technical drawings, programming, installation commissioning and support. Awareness of project governance, commercial impacts, and project assurance concepts. We’ve got quite a lot to offer. How about you?
