This exciting role offers opportunity to: Familiar with industry customer application scenarios, provide matching products and solutions Participate in industry seminars and provide technical support; Lead solution application engineering team to solve challenge technical problems of industry customers; Lead industry architect team to guide customers to select SANTAK's products and solutions by professional technical ability; Review the bidding proposal submitted by the sales and technical teams to improve competitiveness, optimization of project configuration scheme; Manage the progress of the product plan to ensure the timeliness of customer support; Establish and optimize the technical support processes for industry application technical support to ensure the efficiency of the team; Identify the needs of industry customers, understand the market and technology trends, and provide market information to RD for industry and MOEM new products development; Competitive products analysis on industry application. Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics or related; 10 years of related working experience; Working experiences on product development and technical support; Familiar with UPS, power distribution, precision air-conditioning, and micro modules both from industries application and related products; Deep understanding of the power application environment of users in different industries and different scenarios; Ability to think and act strategically; Be innovative, be able to identify new products and solutions from customers; Ability to influence and work across matrix organization; strong team building and leadership skills; Strong communication skills; Strong analysis skills and presentation skills; Drive for results; willingness to take initiative; Ability to work under pressure; Fluent in written and verbal English.
