This exciting role offers opportunity to: To provide technical support and Training to Customers and sales team members. To prepare techno-commercial offers, closing TQ’s & documentation To undertake Technical Marketing and ensure Spec-in in Projects. Develop and create competitor mapping, USP of MTL Products. Handle End User mapping to drive migration projects. Techno – Commercial proposals support for the regional team. Site audits on SPD’s, migration projects. Post order technical support. Coordinate sales returns, quality issues, commissioning assistance. Develop a demo room for devices for customer trainings. Develop demo kits for seminars, support on marketing tools, application notes etc. Train Channel partners on technical orientation. Qualifications Requirement: 10 years + experience in a sales support function with firsthand knowledge of India customers, focusing on present and future target markets – Oil & Gas vertical Knowledge on Engineered to Order products Evidence of success in building and maintaining Key Customer relationships Capable of developing and executing support strategies Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry relevant standards, Degree qualified with an engineering bias ( B.Tech) Yes!
