Job Summary
 
     Manage and promote facial, skin and body care services and product sales. Supervise daily activities of the Estheticians. Provide training on all esthetic services. Oversee scheduling of the Eesthetics staff to meet business demands. Oversee backbar inventory and linen supply orders. Handle and resolve guest issues or complaints according to policy. Coordinate with Aestheticians regarding the status of equipment and supplies. Request repairs and replacements as needed. Research, recommend and arrange new service training for Estheticians. Meet with product representatives and operational managers to discuss new products, promotions and partnership opportunities with other hotel departments. Assess guest needs, inquire about contraindications, and examine skin, hair, or nails to evaluate condition, appearance, and appropriateness of scheduled service. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Determine and advise guests on proper skin, hair, or nail care and recommend home care regimens. Set up workstation and/or treatment room with necessary products, equipment, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and safety. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Maintain current licensure in service area.Assist management in training, scheduling, counseling, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model.
 
     Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Identify and recommend new ideas, technologies, or processes to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
