Eaton’s Electrical Division has an exciting opportunity for a Lead FP&A Analyst for the EPNA (Crouse-Hinds) North America business. This is a hybrid position. Position Overview: This position will play in integral role in providing Division and Business Unit management with reliable financial analysis to make decisions impacting the financial performance of the corporation. Because that’s what really matters. Our employees make sure it works. In this function you will: Prepare, review and analyze financial forecasts, operating budgets and strategic plans. Provide in depth analysis on financial performance and root cause variances to forecasts. Perform Business Unit month-end closing procedures, complete account reconciliations, and journal entries. Directly supporting and managing ETE partners. Perform SG&A forecasting by partnering with stakeholders and building out a forecasting process to manage and communicate the forecast. Work collaboratively with the department to propose and implement process improvement ideas to enable more accurate and faster reporting. Analyze Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow statements. Will act as financial lead for account reconciliations and coordinate inputs from other departments to ensure compliance and financial oversight of reconciliations. Will consolidate financial inputs for the monthly forecast and weekly reporting from EP plant leadership teams.
