Eaton’s Electrical sector Critical Power and Digital Infrastructure (CPDI) division is currently seeking a Lead Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. This position can be remote. Position is REMOTE! In this function you will: Ensure accurate and timely analysis and reporting (business and financial) along with accompanying insight and recommendations to influence business decisions Provide support and analyze operational and financial data, investigating variances, identifying business drivers, and evaluating their impact on planned objectives. Lead the monthly closing processes for the Critical Power and Digital Infrastructure (CPDI) division and headquarters ledger and provide high quality, timely, and accurate information for the leadership team and supporting functions Lead rolling forecast and profit plan processes for Power Quality headquarters and assists in consolidation of the Critical Power and Digital Infrastructure (CPDI) division, preparing presentations to leadership as necessary. Interface with senior leadership to deliver the outputs of requested and required analysis to ensure effective organizational planning. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum three (3) years of Accounting or Finance experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting Master’s degree in business or finance Experience in systems including SAP, Oracle Financials Experience working in a manufacturing plant, preferably for an engineered or configured to order business Experience with internal and external Audits CPA Position Criteria: Strong analytical skills; intellectual rigor and curiosity; problem-solving capability Strong written and oral communication skills required. Must be able to gauge the needs of a variety of internal customers and adapt delivery style or level of detail as appropriate Process oriented and drives projects to completion Ability to think strategically and see big picture in a constantly changing business environment and market Attention to detail, personally committed to work quality and able to learn from mistakes Programs that are offered globally, but program availabilities may vary by site.
