This exciting role offers opportunity to: Based on the requirement; Work with system group and hardware group to design the OBC/DCDC topology proposal, system control logic and digital power controller choice; Based on the system design proposal of OBC/DCDC to finish the SW digital controller and logic design. Develop OBC/DCDC system simulator platform (include S domain and Z domain) to verity the controller and guide the firmware development. Support the hardware group to do the pin assignment of controller and sample circuit. Develop the firmware by manually based on C language or by MBD based on Simulink. Work with hardware team to debug your design firmware. Design the SW requirement and digital controller technical specification document; Qualifications Familiar with the basic power topology, includes buck, boost, full-bridge, and half-full bridge – preferably in LLC and CLLC, shift-phase full-bridge; Own the high-power (above 1.5kw) switch power and digital power production; such as UPS, DC-EVSE, Communication power supply and solar inverter-preferably in OBC/DCDC; Familiar with several digital power controllers, such dsPIC serials, Freescale, preferably in Infineon and TI C2000 serial; Familiar with several electric power simulation software, such as Saber, Simulink, PSPICE; Familiar with MATLAB to using the tool to design the digital controller; Strong C language background and basic control knowledge, such as PI controller, P2P2 controller, or PR controller and how to design the controller. Familiar with several production software controller diagram. Such as 3 phase PFC, and LLC of OBC, Invert of UPS. Own the basic hardware knowledge; such as simple circuit and signal processing circuit. Yes!
