We are looking for an experienced Lead Firmware Engineer to join our Firmware Development Team. In this role you will act as FW team technical lead, define FW architecture and develop embedded firmware (FW) for power conversion products. You will provide FW related consultation to R&D projects and other stakeholders. Your key deliverables: Develop and maintain embedded FW for UPS (Uninterruptible power supply) and/or Energy Transition systems Define FW architecture for UPS and/or Energy Transition products Evaluate embedded FW for UPS systems Develop and implement control algorithms Create documentation and specifications for embedded FW Develop FW development processes, tools and methods Give technical supervision, write and review plans and specifications Give technical support on UPS systems to Product management, Technical support, CPS Sales Support and Sales Function as technical expert on products Communicate with in & outside project team Evaluate new tasks and coordinate priorities Support and coach younger FW team members Develop FW process and tools by e.g. recommending suitable tools and leads deployments Participate to recruitment process Qualifications What are we looking for? Masters or Bachelor degree in Engineering At least 5 years of related experince Modern embedded FW development experience Very good collaboration, communication and planning skills English language at fluent level We would like to hear from you!
