This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead CPC LV component firmware development, testing and delivery; Firmware resource and schedule estimation for CPC LV projects, track progress and risk identification for each project; Firmware development based on well understanding of marketing requirements and user applications; Firmware resource and schedule estimation for projects, track progress for firmware progress; Delivery source code with high quality in C/C++ for 16/32bit MCUs; Debug and track firmware issue under related integration development enviornment; Create test case for unit testing and integration testing, perform all firmware testing for quality guarante; Firmware maintenance and upgrade to existing product line; Work as firmware expert to support to other firmware engineers, including trouble shooting, project review and comments; Support to FAE and marketing regarding customer issue related to products; Qualifications Bachelor degree or above Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Computer Science. >7 years experience in firmware development; >3 years experience in leading firmware development and delivery in project; EV manufacturing experience is preferred; Deep understanding of entire firmware life cycle, including requirement clarification, design, coding, testing, delivery and maintenance; Deep understanding of firmware development procedure, resource estimation, progress tracking, quality guarantee; Deep understanding of firmware architecture design; Knowledge in firmware testing procedure, including unit testing, integration testing, automation testing, etc.; Strong competency of programming in C/C++ language; Proficient in main stream 16/32bit MCU development & debugging, like ST, NXP, MSP430, etc.; Knowledge in real time operation system, like RTOS, FreeRTOS, etc. Knowledge in as least one industrial communication protocol, Modbus, TCP/IP, etc.; Knowledge in firmware development & testing tool, like Git, JIRA, SourceTree, etc. Experience with electrical power distribution component/system is a plus, industrial products background is must; Good oral and written English; Good communication skill; Yes!
