This exciting role offers opportunity to:
- This role focus on talent management, including filling all open positions, talent development and retention. Be responsible for deploy RHQ/Corp’s HR program and HR initiatives to support business growth.
- Initiative annual hiring plan based on profit plan, business strategy and hiring budget, analyses and plan HC and hiring request with direct linkages to plant/R&D strategy, update hiring report timely
- Propose and implement communication plan to deploy Eaton culture, yearly evaluate communication effectiveness and continuous improve accordingly;
- Support HRM to deploy RHQ/Corporate’s HR program, drive business process improvement in HR function, prioritize projects/standard work and initiate HR solutions to meet business need;
- Be responsible for talent development, including competency assessment, development plan tracking, training plan proposal and implementation.
- Promote high engagement culture through variable tools, including best employee/team selection program, service year reward, E-star , employee survey& actions and etc.
- Organize employee activity and take lead Suzhou site Diversity and Inclusive initiatives; Wellness initiatives
- Assists manager in HR operating review, EBEA, OPA and following up requested actions and task progress for APAC
- Assists HRM to Conduct Other functions audit and follow up action plan
Qualifications
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource or Business management is preferrable.
- At least 10 years HR experience especially covered multiple HR functions in multinational companies.
- Solid HR knowledge;
- Good presentation skill;
- Good at both oral and written English;
- Expert on aata analysis;
- Business acumen, open minded, excellent interpersonel skill;
- Result driven;
