About Our Team We are hiring a Senior Test Engineer to work in the Data Center Group. This is an exciting and fast paced role supporting the Hyperscale Development Teams! *Relocation assistance is offered for this position.* Lenovo's Data Center Group (DCG) is innovating the future-defined data center, today.  From the simplest to the most complex IT environments for all types of workloads, our servers, storage, networking and solutions help maximize the potential of data centers. What You'll Do • Visit customers and understand customer validation requirements • Ensure alignment on validation target goal, strategy, and test plan • Drive all customer validation requirements to internal validation specification and execution • Focal point for technical discussion during validation execution • Work with cross functional teams to make out optimized test plan to meet customer requirements • Lead team to review and evaluate the risk in each development phase • Identify new test cases and test tools development plan with team • Validation status management #### Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor degree or higher • 7+ years of directly related Hardware test engineering experience • Experience on server and storage systems and creating the test cases/test plans • Experience with storage/server test structure, stability & performance test methodology, reliability test methodology and FW test methodology Preferred Qualifications: • Excellent cross-function communication skills, must have excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent problem solving skills and the capacity to think out of the box • Must be self-motivated, flexible, and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment • Bilingual in English/Chinese is preferred Why Lenovo?
