This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead industrial design for UPS; Consider aesthetics, design language and translates ideas into the design; Imagine and brainstorm new and better experiences to output creative design ideas and thinking; Present and demonstrate design works or prototypes to various decision-makers and achieve agreement; Evaluate solution and technical feasibility as window, and coordinate team work and communication with global team; Collaborate with other specialists, as mechanical engineers and manufacturers to evaluate whether design concepts; Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in industrial design, or related field; 8 years + and area of experience required; Proven work experience as an excellent lead designer; Strong analytical skills, artistic ability; Great to express design through illustration or visualization; General understanding of products are engineered and made; UX/UI experience is preferred; Software skill: Creo, Keyshot, AI or related; Responsible, Communication and Collaboration; Yes!
