The Job

• Client: A Global IT / Business Consultancy
• Position: Lead Java Developer (Banking & Insurance Domain)
• Responsibilities:
• Lead a structured project and program reviews with the required stakeholders as per established format
• Manage a team size of 4 – 6 resources
• Provide technical support, review codes and bug fixes
• Provide project/program status report and participate in project/program reviews with relevant teams
• High level understanding of Project Management principles like risk identification, SDLC etc.
• $40-50K, 5-day work week, medical, bonus

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related discipline
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development
• Experience in production support and enhancements.
• Experience in HTML, Spring, Hibernate & using web services
• Have good knowledge and experience in best practices and design pattern.
• Experience in Oracle or SQL Domain experience in Insurance sector is an added advantage
• Good Communication skills both English and Cantonese.
