Eaton’s Critical Power and Digital Infrastructure (CPDI) division is currently seeking a Lead Logistics Analyst to join our team. This position can be based either in our Raleigh, NC or approved US based remote/home office. Position Overview: As the Lead Logistics Analyst you will leverage data from various systems to drive efficiencies and reduce costs for the CPDI division. In this function you will: Evaluate logistics data to spot trends and make insights in order to drive efficiencies and reduce cost Correlate data between multiple systems (i.e. SAP, CASS, WMS, Logistics Providers, etc.) Leverage data visualization tools to provide meaningful and timely information to key stakeholders Support and deploys Corporate Logistics initiatives Lead process improvement initiatives to make more effective use of data (i.e. capturing weight and dimension information in SAP, EDI implementation with TMS provider, etc.) Act as primary contact for Global Trade Team (GTM) Deploy GTM compliance processes and procedures Complete GTM actions to include audits, self-assessments and cost saving projects Follow up on remedial action plans as a result of compliance audits and inquiries When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution 3-5 Years of Experience in Logistics and/or Trade Management Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trade regulations on domestic and international shipments Experience with logistics network design SAP experience specifically related to logistics and trade management Understanding of EDI Experience in business intelligence software (Tableau and/or Power BI) Proficient in SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices.
