Essential Responsibilities: 1.Establish packaging specifications for new projects and determine packaging standards for products with customers or suppliers确立新项目的包装规范,并与顾客或供应商一同确定产品的包装标准
2.Responsible for reviewing and improving product packaging, as well as verifying and reviewing supplier packaging design specifications负责产品包装的审核和改进,以及验证,审核供应商的包装设计规范
3.Establish standard packaging specifications for enterprise products according to domestic and international standards, for special packaging requirements, special packaging specifications for knitting projects根据国内国际标准,建立企业产品的标准包装规范,对有特殊包装要求项目,编织项目专用包装规范
4.Audit the product performance and process of various suppliers of packaging materials, and regularly assess对供应商各种包材的产品性能以及制程进行稽核,并定期评定
5.Supervise and audit the supplier's packaging operation specifications and inspection standards, and regularly assess监督审核供应商包装操作规范和检验标准,定期评定
6.Responsible for the review of the transport lashing program负责运输绑扎方案的审核
7.Preparation of transportation lifting scheme in the factory编制厂内运输起吊方案
8.Analyze problems related to packaging, transportation and give solutions分析关于包装,运输过程中发生的问题并给出解决方案
9.Responsible for internal and external technical communication in the packaging process负责对内,对外所有关于包装过程中技术沟通
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in design related to packaging, machinery, etc.
2. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
3. In-depth understanding of domestic and international standards in the packaging industry
4. Deep understanding of the performance, specifications and testing methods and standards of various packaging materials, including wood, rubber sheet, rust-proof materials and various packaging materials, etc.
5. Skilled in packaging design and calculation software
6. Have strong creative ability and active design thinking, have excellent design concept, can independently complete the design work of various products inside and outside packaging
