Job Description

Position Summary

The Lead Marketing Coordinator will assist internal clients within the Regional Market Development team to maximize campaign effectiveness and commercial enablement while adhering to corporate objectives.

You must be able to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers and internal stake holders within the company and work collaboratively across different functional teams.

The successful candidate will support region level Protein Cell Analysis (PCA) commercial enablement in partnership with RMDs, territory marketing and commercial teams

Responsibilities

  • Provide marketing support including:
  • Internal customer intelligence (Surveys), collateral and giveaways management (logistics and shipment as a single point of contact for internal clients/ stakeholders)
  • Coordinate key regional marketing events/seminars/training, S2S etc.
  • Coordinate Face to face Training sessions (Logistics, invitation, scheduling etc.)
  • Manage and Host BID PULSE Live Training sessions
  • Provide administrative and ad hoc support to the RMD team, i.e. demo unit and product sample management, coordination of business/department meetings and events, meeting minutes taking, maintenance and sharing of PCA documents at SharePoint, etc.
  • Act as point of contact on Internal communications, change notification related enquiries, technical related documentation requests
  • Support PCA business performance analysis and routine data reporting of Region business performance (i.e. Region revenue, actual sales to forecast, campaign implementation status and results, KPIs) Working closely with RMDs to use metrics to identify trends and data-driven insights
  • Provide operational support on quality case management, supply and other commercial agreements, and ad hoc requests to achieve operational excellence


Experience and Requirements:

  • 2 or more year of marketing or commercial experience. Preferably with knowledge of Cell Analysis, Cell Biology, or related discipline.
  • Experience in office management and in (marketing or business) administration and coordination would be beneficial
  • Experience in a data analytics/sales & marketing operations role
  • CRM experience desired. Salesforce (SFDC) would be an advanatge
  • Results and proactive solution driven, the ability to think critically to overcome potential business hurdles to complete tasks

  • Possess good understanding of sales activities and processes
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of an organization and customers.
  • Demonstrate judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers as well the ability to handle confidential and proprietary information.
  • Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and perform as a team player.
  • Ability to own and drive projects under own initiative and work according to tight deadlines.
