Title: Montessori Homeroom Teacher (Foreign Lead in CASA )

Job Description
Warm Heart Children’s House is seeking a passionate and experienced Montessori Lead Teacher to establish and lead our first full-English Montessori bilingual classroom. This is a unique opportunity to co-teach alongside a Chinese AMS-certified assistant teacher in a nurturing environment that embraces the Montessori philosophy.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the Lead Teacher in a full-English Montessori classroom (ages 3-6)

Implement authentic Montessori curriculum following the child’s individual developmental needs

Work collaboratively with Chinese AMS-certified assistant teacher

Maintain a prepared environment that fosters independence, order, and concentration

Observe and document children’s progress, conduct parent-teacher conferences

Contribute to the development of our bilingual Montessori program

Requirements:

Native-level English proficiency or Native English speaker

Valid Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, MACTE-accredited or recognized equivalent)

Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education or related field preferred)

Minimum 2 years of Montessori classroom teaching experience

Passion for early childhood education and the Montessori method

Clean criminal background check

Important: Candidates must be able to independently secure their own Chinese work visa (Z visa) and work permit, or currently hold a valid work visa with permission to transfer,we are unable to provide visa sponsorship
