    Role Summary:
    The Lead Operational Controllership Analyst is responsible for collections across China. This role will be the first point of contact for Accenture when they have exhausted collections efforts or the collection is being disputed. The role will be responsible for resolving disputes in a timely manner or escalating them to the business as required. This role will also escalate collections with the customer when they are not paying or responding to Accenture.

    Essential Responsibilities:
    In the role Lead Operational Controllership Analyst you will:

  • This leader will work with Accenture, the BPO for I2C, to manage any issues or opportunities within the region.
  • Drive / support the operating rhythm within the region to support timely collections.
  • Be first point of escalation for Accenture to the Tier 2
  • Provide issue resolution…disputes, customer nonpayment, etc.
  • Customer escalations … Take more aggressive collection steps for payments when Accenture has exhausted their means
  • Coordinate issues / communications between Accenture, product companies and tier 2
  • Drive action and prioritization within Tier 2
  • Escalate PC issues / trends to PC AR Functional Leader or Escalation Collection Team

    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum 9 years in Collections or other related activities
  • Minimum 5 years in Collections or other related activities

    Eligibility Requirements

  • Fluency in English

    Desired Characteristics:
  • Strong IT tool skills and experience: SAP/ Oracle, Tableau, Microsoft office suite, collections software, or equivalent systems experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels across the organization
  • Ability to adjust to varying priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Work under pressure, prioritize tasks & to meet deadlines
