Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for client account opening/ maintenance /closing documentation review, system input and filing.
  • Maintain client information database for downstream system interfacing and regulatory reporting.
  • Support SH Credit admin team to handover and keep credit documentation.
  • Handle internal and external reporting as per requirement.
  • Handle client account related enquiry.
  • Coordinate related teams to complete client Audit confirmation
  • Participate new project and system upgrade UAT testing for client information related categories.
  • Handle Court/PSB online and onsite inquiry and revert consolidated result.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above,
  • At least 2 years relevant experiences in commercial banking.
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficient in PC knowledge and familiar with MS word, Excel and PowerPoint.
