Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for client account opening/ maintenance /closing documentation review, system input and filing.
- Maintain client information database for downstream system interfacing and regulatory reporting.
- Support SH Credit admin team to handover and keep credit documentation.
- Handle internal and external reporting as per requirement.
- Handle client account related enquiry.
- Coordinate related teams to complete client Audit confirmation
- Participate new project and system upgrade UAT testing for client information related categories.
- Handle Court/PSB online and onsite inquiry and revert consolidated result.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above,
- At least 2 years relevant experiences in commercial banking.
- Meticulous, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in PC knowledge and familiar with MS word, Excel and PowerPoint.
