You will be responsible to drive Country Level projects based on priorities together with P&O Head Translate business priorities to P&O Strategy at a country level Work with P&O LT members to drive transformation initiatives Proactively develop and lead, in concert with P&O Head cutting edge programs that will continuously stretch the organization to ensure that the company establishes itself as “best of class” Responsible to manage P&O Budgets together with Corporate Finance Colleagues & internal P&O Leads Risk & Internal Control coordinator for HR Country SPOC for Siemens Global Employee Engagement Survey, roll out of SGES in the country, communication to Management & P&O BP's to ensure smooth roll out from launch to reporting on a Bi-annual basis or as per global structure of SGES Supporting P&O Head on People Strategy topics, Management / Board presentations at a local or global level as may be required Data Analytics of country level information required for projects & critical decision making Provide support to the team’s portfolio of initiatives in terms of research, analysis and preparation realization and communication requirements for P&O projects. Builds analytical models and performs regular financial, competitive and People & Organization analyses for the business in order to comprehensively value Organizational & People opportunities and ensure well-founded strategies are presented to the relevant P&O leadership. The incumbent will also need to draft regular analysis reports for the CHRO & P&OLT and relevant stakeholders for purposes of further decision making. You bring in 10+ years of post-qualification experience in strategic planning and analysis, market research & competitive intelligence. Having worked in a fast paced and dynamic business environment. Demonstrate the ability obtain and filter information, identify key issues relevant to the achievement of long-term strategic goals, and commit to the realized course of action for the purpose of accomplishing those goals. Will additionally have a proven ability to generate new outlooks People & organization in the market, for example, through trend forecasting and innovative practices understanding.
