What will I be doing?

As the China Digital Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing China digital projects,

particularly digital payment onboarding, including MLA hotels, by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Drive project progress, provide regular updates to leadership team and business stakeholders

• Manage project document and drive process optimization throughout the development process

• Assign project/task prioritization and schedule co-development with external teams

• Identify key blockers and propose solutions, call out and escalate if needed

• Cooperate with operation team for business operation tracking, feedback and optimization after product launch.

• Manage schedule and cost to ensure projects are delivered on time and under budget.

• Coordinate the administration of team.

A China Digital Lead Project Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities and demonstrate resilience

• Ability to manage change, resolve conflicts and ensure collaboration within teams, including maintaining

the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity

• Understanding of China digital landscape and market trends, digital environment and customer behavior

especially for hospitality industry

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across organization

boundaries, rich vendor management experience

• Familiarity with product/project delivery models, such as Agile and Scrum, and comfortable with operations

and administration tasks

• Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment framework and can lead development and

operation team to evolve and improve performance

• Minimum Education: Bachelor, preferably in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or Business

Management

• Minimum Years of Experience: five(5) years in MNCs

• Minimum Years of Management Experience: (if applicable) three (3) years in project management

• Any Licenses or Certificates Required: (if applicable) Certified Scrum Master, PMP or equivalent

certificate is a plus

• Additional Requirements (i.e. % of travel time, etc.): (if applicable) Excellent written and spoken

English;
