This exciting role offers opportunity to: Develop manufacturing documents (such as flow chart, working instruction). Maintenance the production line to let all steps run well, maintenance testing equipment which will be transfer to Wuxi later. Control and optimize process in order to improve the prototype workshop efficiency, quality and safety. Analyze the production data to solve the daily production problem timely. Analyze production capacity and generate improvement actions plan with other function department and coordinate the activities with respect to development of tools and fixtures required Implement lean manufacturing at workshop. Working with design engineering team to make sure that the manufacturing feasibility to all the designs, including electronics and machine, providing suggestion for the layout design, structure design, power electronics election, machine tooling concept design, etc. Supporting on manufacturing issues before/after launch, VAVE, optimization of manufacturing process Site management and in our management of raw materials and finished products Others job assigned by management. Qualifications At least 5 years working experience in electronics or automotive area. Experience on manufacturing OBC, DCDC, PDU, Inverter is preferred. Experience on system testing is preferred. Good coordinate skill, communication skill. Self-motivated and independent. Experience with quality methodologies and tools. Project management experience is preferred. Familiar with FMEA, MSA, PPAP.
