• Responsible for STK channel structure/channel policy implementation, STK Channel promotion planning and monitor the implementation.                                   
• Work with regional sales team to manage and improve the channel policy more systematic.
• Responsible for FSA channel development program to develop Tier 3& 4 city coverage with T2 development;
• Portal and C360 system with other platform improve to support channel digitalization
• Responsible for Tele-marketing to provide sales leads to sales team and get more efficient feedback;                                                                                                                     Responsible for work out T2 network in each city with TM and improve active and ARB qty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above
• >5 years related experience
• Be good at excel
• Communication, patient ,work under high pressure, team work, team leader experience is prefer
