Opportunity to implement, lead & execute successfully a global Network Operation Center (NOC) within SI E, to deliver high end remote services helping the customer in the electrification transformation. The position will directly report to SI E CS TS Head in Headquarters and shall be responsible for the following Broad Responsibility in Brief: High Ownership (Targets, Costs, Dates, Quality of Service delivery) Responsible to build and implement a Network Operation Center (NOC) and to form a global L2 expert team for DC chargers Remote service delivery responsibility towards Customer and internal stakeholders, such as PLM or Sales. Responsible for fulfilling and reporting service relevant KPI´s, based on agreed upon SLA, e.g. response times, solution times Responsible to build up and share a knowledgebase, based on field issues and solution proposals Detailed Tasks/ Roles: Leading and setting up global NOC team, that operates 24/7 Recruiting team members with appropriate skill level (technical and soft skill) Implement specific work flows within the NOC, based on the overall defined service process Establish concept on how to document knowledge from reported incidents and the proposed solutions and how to use this knowledgebase methodically in the incident management Preparation of templates and customer facing documentation in order to provide customers the best customer experience Define and implement performance KPI´s for the NOC and their agents Organize programmed and regular meetings with relevant stakeholders to assure information exchange and transparency on NOC performance and operational status of charging infrastructure Escalation management as NOC will act as main interface for incident escalation to the next expert level (L3). Implement a test facility for the NOC, in order to reproduce errors in the field and provide customer faster- and professional solutions Dispatches and assigns incidents from NOC to Regional company Field service coordinator and or Regional company L2 counterpart Implement customer surveys after incident closure to measure customer satisfaction. Requirement: Electrical, Mechanical or electronics engineering with minimum 8-10 years of experience in electrical and electronics manufacturing and commissioning with leadership skills Optimal candidates have experience in electric vehicle charging technologies, in either design or installation services & field diagnostics.
