Description

• Supervise a team of young Engineers to offer best pre/post-sales services
• Conduct technical training for team members & clients
• Ensures excellent service quality to enhance customer experiences & satisfaction
• Responds to clients' service calls & technical questions in a timely manner
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge in technical repairment

Profile

• Higher Diploma in Electronic Engineering or relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant working experiences
• Supervisory experiences is a plus
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
