Product & Design Ecosystem Enablement (PDE) is looking for an exceptional software developer who can leverage their expertise to drive change and deliver measurable business results. We offer an exciting opportunity to join a team responsible for internal business automation solutions supporting a variety of areas such as design IP enablement, EDA license management, contingent workforce optimization, and test and measurement lab equipment procurement.

Primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Meeting with multi-geo stakeholders to understand their business processes targeted for automation, analyze, and translate requirements into systems solution for implementation and strive to deliver measurable business outcome.

- Understand problem statement, design solutions, and get buy off from stakeholders. Create use cases, customer scenarios, as-is and to-be process mapping, KPIs, UX wireframes for ideation, partner with development team and facilitate acceptance testing.

- Communicate and influence effectively across multi-functional domains, pull together the right people and partner with the right teams to facilitate engagement and get results using strong networking, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Plan the project execution and work closely with developers' group to deliver quality deliverables on time. Work with other team members together, leveraging experience from other as well as giving a helping hand to others who needs help.

Qualifications

Required Candidate Qualifications:
BS/MS degree in one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. 7+ years of experience in developing business process architecture and/or designing technical solutions, leading/working with Agile Software Development Teams. Will be a plus point if have working experience using PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, MAP (Make A Plan) Day facilitation, Business Process Transition Management or similar. Relevant skills (listed below) with hands-on of 5+ years. Excellent in English communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Java, C#/ASP.NET, Angular, React web development and REST/Web APIs
- Advance computer science data structures and algorithms experience
- Microsoft SQL Server experience where able to write queries and store procedures (with moderate complication joins and aggregation)
- Experience with source control tools and ability to review code.
- Jira Development able to setup projects and workflows is a plus.
- Data analytics and Power BI/Looker experience is a plus.
- Experience with business platforms such as: Salesforce, JIRA, Ariba, iCertis, PEGA or any workflow management tool is a plus

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
