What part will you play? • Demonstrate complete ownership end to end development including Architectural support for the defined scope. Research, define & realize reliable solutions and/or alternative strategies to complex problems. Drives Systematic refactoring/Design smells/Tech debt/integrated risk-based testing & NFRs Strong SW Engineering & Product/domain know-how to ensure an effective value creation. Able to define & drive the Software Quality benchmark, best practices & guidelines. Drive and contribute to Requirement Engineering / Design /Coding / Testing, with full adherence to SW Quality - both Internal / External. Completely involved in deciding the technologies to be used for development of the software products in scope Expert in required tooling for monitoring and controlling the Product Quality & NFRs Create/enhance automation tools and applications that supports the team in efficiently carrying out the development / testing activities Support project team to deliver continuous improvement to the partners / customers Understand product vision/competition to get product ready for market trends/emerging technologies Ability to work with Product Management, Architects, Engineering Managers, Team Leads and translating concepts to products. Ability to stay abreast with current technology trends. Should be able to do necessary POCs and suggest/mentor team to adapt to new technology/tools as per the project need Use your skills to move the world forward! Can works across the teams/product-features/technologies BE in Computer Science or equivalent 8+ years of experience in developing software applications using Java and database technologies. Highly proficient in Core and Advance Java concepts (JMX, Multithreading, Java Memory Model, Garbage Collection, Class Loading, Generics, Annotations, Advanced JDBC, Stream API) should be able to read the language specifications and RFC and can translate them in easy language for other engineers. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills. Ability to read and debug the open-source software Ability to break down tricky topics to simpler pieces for easier understanding, in writing and in person Experience with DevOps methodologies and enabling Automation with cloud compatibilities Experience of designing and building highly distributed, scalable systems (SCCM) Well versed with the distributed systems concepts like resiliency, high availability Well versed with the resiliency design patterns like retry template, circuit breaker etc. Spring (AOP, Dependency Injection, Transactions, JTA, Spring JDBC) Exposure to SpringBoot, ReST and SOAP Good written and oral communication skills knowledge of cloud and containerization technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes) What else do I need to know?
