Job Summary Lead Software Engineer- Full Stack will work on developing software applications for the COE and other businesses at EIIC and will contribute towards digitalization of process and products. We are looking for motivated professionals with strong experience of driving end to end product development taking ownership of Front end and Back end technologies to deliver solutions quickly and efficiently. Person should have good communication skills who will play a key role in developing the next-generation technology solutions that change how users connect, explore, and interact with information. Success in this position requires the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, strong motivation for pursuing project objectives and the ability to learn new techniques and development processes. We are looking for candidates who are able to see the bigger picture; strength in a system-level viewpoint is a must. Problem solvers who are excited about learning new technologies, coding , and designing infrastructure in an automation-first environment will excel in this environment. They are often the Technical Leader for large projects or multiple small projects. Job Responsibilities Analyzes technical specifications and engineering requirements for software projects. Communicates with the leaders and translates ideas into design and flow documents. Designs, builds, and maintains efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Prepares detailed software verification test plans. Coordinates all stages of the development cycle in collaboration with the team. Participates in design workshops and project deployment activities. Evaluates new technologies and development tools. Writes technical documentation. Prepares User guides Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering in Computer/Electronics/Electrical. Years and area of experience required: 8 to 10 years of experience in full-stack(Front End and Back End) development. Technical knowledge: Proficiency with React JS, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with one or more back-end technologies such as C#, Java, Python and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, Node.js. Experience of working with databases such as MS-SQL , Oracle etc, web servers like Apache. Should have ablity to Write effective APIs for data exchange with different enterprise applications(Rest API/ Web API). Knowlede of Microservices and Containarization. Create security and data protection settings Familarity with Agile and Devops Experience of working with UI/UX prototyping tool like Figma. Experience utilizing best practices in software engineering. Strong debugging skills. Proficient understanding of Source Control software and Code Collaboration tools (Git, SVN, etc.); experience with Issue and Project Tracking software (JIRA, TFS, etc.). Abreast of upcoming software development/engineering tools, trends, and methodologies. Soft skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Problem solving skills, Working in ambuiguity, process management. Experience working with global teams and driving the projects for high customer satisfaction. A high degree of aptitude, creativity, and self-direction is required.
