• Maintain an oversight of all projects
• Involve in FCB (Finance Change Board) business meetings to understand the nature of projects requested and provide input/feedback as necessary
• Plan and secure project resources
• Manage and maintain a weekly project status tracker to coordinate, track and monitor project from initiation until closure
• Ensure quality of project delivery and deliverables are maintained to acceptable level
• Liaise with Project Managers to identify potential change overlap between BAU (Business-as-Usual) and Project Change
• Provide relevant support and advice on project changes (where necessary) to respective work streams
• Attend CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings to provide oversight/advice and challenges on project changes

• Secure project resources from respective support teams (Functional, Development & Technical teams)
• Actively communicate with Stakeholders and Project team on the scope, budget, timeline, and status of project
• Actively communicate with Project team to identify any potential change overlap between BAU and Project change.
• Single point of contact & liaison for all communications with Project Sponsor
• Orchestrate & consolidate all project documentation for review (ensure cross-module dependencies/ timelines i.e. Testing & Deployment are in sync)
• Coordinate & obtain project and test signoffs from respective stakeholders as needed
• Planning cross-module testing & ensuring comprehensive UAT testing
• Review UAT/ Regression Test results and decide on readiness for Regression Test/ Production deployment based on obtained testing signoff
• Review & approve Change Deployment Template
• Provide confirmation to close ticket upon successful Production deployment
• Drive and monitor progress of project for all project stages
• Accountable for compliance (SLA, governance controls) from UAT to deployment stage
• Inspect sample project deliverables and review for quality in documentation
• Consolidate details and progress of projects in a master consolidated status tracker document
• Track project risks / issues and highlight to management (where applicable)
• Attend FCB meetings to gain in depth understanding of project pipeline and provide input for new project requests
• Attend CAB meetings and present project changes for approvals (as necessary).
