As a Lead Tax Analyst you will support the Manager, International Tax Strategy located in Bonn, Germany. The position's dynamic responsibilities will include all aspects of international tax including but not limited to tax audit support, planning projects as they arise, gathering and analyzing information to support tax positions, partnering with Eaton's business operations, participating in cross-functional projects and assistance with corporate tax returns filing. Essential functions : Assist in Tax Audits and the correspondence with Tax Authorities. Support with the analysis of Merger and Acquisition projects, Reorganisations, and Legal Entity Simplication efforts as necessary. Stay in touch and communicate with business operations to understand their business and potential impact of changes to the tax position of Eaton. Monitor changes in tax legislation and international developments and analyze tax risk and opportunities for Eaton and take required actions. Analyze changes in Eaton's business and footprint to identify areas of tax opportunity or risk. Monitor submission of corporate tax returns for Germany and support the alignment with accounting and information gathering process. Participate in cross-functional meetings to develop a network of peers for the purpose of optimizing the flow of information into and out of the department. Qualifications Required: Bachelor´s Degree in relevant field 3-5 years of experience in a BIG 4, well reputed tax firm, or multinational tax department Tax advisory qualification strongly preferred.
