UBS is looking for a Lead Technologist to design and implement modern real-time solutions for product lines across our Equity Derivatives business. We’re looking for a hands on Technology Lead to:

-be a IT visionary and provide deep subject matter expertise in designing modern large scale technology solutions
-provide hands on Agile Software delivery
-challenge the status quo while making sure your hard pressed team makes its deliveries
-development large & complex real time systems
-deliver Agile test driven development
-work with Quant models to produce real-time analytics
-manage software delivery teams, keeping them motivated and drive career development and retention
-identify infrastructure issues or other inefficiencies in the environment and drive solutions
-drive implementation of key processes across teams (requirements and change management, acceptance criterion, continuous integration, delivery quality standards, fine tuning to Agile approach)
-ensure sharing of best practices/business domain knowledge/exploiting synergies between teams
-communicate with people at all levels
