Position Description: Lenovo’s Data Center Group, Cloud Service Provider (DCG, CSP) Segment is seeking a Lead Test engineer whose primary mission is to lead cross function cooperation, project management and customer communication. Details as below: 1\. Test resource (Human/Equipment) management 2\. Test schedule/Status/Risk/Issue management 3\. Test Readiness Review 4\. Lead Function TEs to create and manage validation plan and test report 5\. Work with peer LTEs on project Guide 6\. Defect management (Defect/Limitation Review) 7\. Lessons Learned Management, Optimization for server test process #### Position Requirements: 1\. 7 years+ Server development and test experience。 2\. Identify potential product weakness and be able to recommendations for improvements to subsequent redesigns. 3\. Knowledge of most system function and compatibility test areas. BIOS/BMC, OS, CPU, MEM, Storage, network, APPs, etc… 4\. Detail-oriented with attention to product quality. 5\. Ability to drive cross-functional development efforts for both internal and external. 6\. Ability to work under date-driven schedules. 7\. Negotiation and persuasion skills. 8\. Excellent team leadership skills. 9\. Strong presentation skills. 10\. Excellent verbal and written communication. 11\. Server project test management experience is a plus. 12\. Project management(PMP) is a plus.
