Your essential responsibilities include: • Provide technical leadership, strategic direction, and mentorship to members of the Test Organization. • Defines test strategy, develops detailed test plans, specifications, framework, test scripts and test data sets that validate functional, performance requirements and update existing test procedures based on requirement changes and test • Designs and leads and implements robust, scalable, high quality Test Automation Suites/Framework within a Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI-CD) environment to improve quality and productivity of functional, regression, and system tests. • Leads in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents; interacts with Management, leads, and other team members in a one-to-one or one-to-many meeting format. • Brings Debugging experience in a multi-platform deployment system • Communicates technical concepts and information to internal staff/peers and stakeholders; strong verbal, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills required. • Identifies opportunities for process, tools, and test methodology improvements, and drives those from concept to implementation. • Validates official customer product releases and takes responsibility for the end-result. • Demonstrates expertise in test Scripting experience for various kinds of applications API, UI, Web, Client Server etc. • Identify QA/Automation metrics and track, analyze, report and improve. • Work directly with stakeholders, engineering, and test teams to create high quality products that solve end-user problems. Coordinate work across various teams in a complex environment. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science Engineering from accredited institution Desired: Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Electronics & Telecomm Engineering from accredited institution 8+ yrs of experience in software QA experience 6+ years of experience with Java, C# programming, Python or other scripting languages. 4+ years of experience in developing/maintaining automation frameworks preferably Page Object Model in Selenium 2+ years of experience in API testing. Proven experience to develop test plans, test strategies, Framework Development and continuous integration. Proficient with QA concepts Proficient with Agile concepts Should be ready to explore, learn and develop solutions for problems Should be extremely flexible in terms of technology or platforms. Should have worked in Agile Expertise in Electrical domain and Web/Desktop based applications. Proficient with Selenium with JAVA, Python. Good Understanding of Test Automation frameworks. Good experience in CI/CD Jenkins or Bamboo etc, Powershell, Batch. Understanding of relational database design and testing against SQL Server. Experience with system level testing. Understanding of emulators/simulators is advantage. Should have good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr and JAMA Should have good knowledge of repository management tools like GIT, SVN, TFS, BitBucket Very good communication skill Able to lead Automation efforts from technical perspective Able to think outside of the box in terms of process innovation Very good at managing multiple tasks Very good at understanding and prioritizing tasks, issues and work" Excellent verbal and written communication skills,Problem solving skills,Working in ambuiguity, process management Yes!
