That's Mandarin is looking for a new talent to join our IT engineer team.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the director of research and development, you will
- Guide team development effort toward successful project delivery
- Provide technical leadership to teammate through coaching and mentor-ship
- Maintain high standard of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
- Design, develop, test and maintain mobile and web projects built on Microsoft technologies
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
- Package and support deployment of releases.
- Analyze and resolve technical and applications problems
- Ensure and encourage Agile methodologies (SCRUM)

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience as Software Developer
- College or University degree in Computer Science
- Proficient in C# and web technologies
- Proficient in one or multiple front-end framework such as KnockoutJS / Angular(JS) / React / VueJS
- Experienced in C# optimization code and performance
- Good knowledge in EntityFramework 6, SQL SERVER and database optimization
- Professional English level (can work in an international environment)

Preferred competences:
- Prior experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
- Prior experience with large set of data and performance optimization
- Prior experience with cloud technologies (Azure / AWS / Aliyun)
- Prior experience in mobile development application
