Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall art quality of new game project, establishing and maintaining art design processes
2. Recruitment talents for art team
3. Working closely with game design team and game engineer team
4. Manage the outsourcing part of new project

*Job Requirements:
*1. More than 5 years working experience in the game industry, own the experience of managing game art team;
2. Experience with programmers and game designers.
3. Excellent project management experience, team management and communication skills, good problem solving skills
4. Experience in leading a team to complete at least 1 mobile/PC game project
