Lead Teacher Recruitment - An International Kindergarten in Beijing

Salary:RMB 33,000-35,000 per month

Start Date:July 2026

Work Time

- Monday to Friday: 8:00–12:00, 14:30–17:30
- 2.5-hour lunch break; 7-hour workday (including 2.5h structured classes, 3.5h student contact, 1h lesson preparation)

Key Responsibilities

1. Uphold the kindergarten's educational philosophy, create an immersive English learning environment, and complete lesson planning, teaching and class management.
2. Plan various campus activities, supervise teaching assistants, and collaborate with Chinese teachers on teaching and recruitment work.
3. Assess students' academic performance in accordance with regulations, maintain regular communication with parents, and timely feedback on students' learning and behavior.
4. Implement campus safety work, participate in teaching research and professional training, and continuously improve teaching capabilities.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, no criminal record.
2. Nationality of the UK, USA, Australia, Canada or New Zealand, native English speaker.
3. Hold TEFL/TESL/TESOL certificate/teaching license, or have at least 2 years of education-related work experience.
4. At least 1 year of teaching experience for Lead Teacher; no teaching experience required for Entry Level Lead Teacher.

2. Leave Policy: Additional leave requires 14 days' advance notice (unpaid, deducted from monthly salary); makeup work on weekends for extended government holidays in accordance with government regulations.
