Position Description:
Key Objectives of Position:
• Build & run an industry leading Tower 2 & 3 business (Managed Svcs & Complex
Solutions – primarily services away from the box) for India Services Business
Unit.
• Set up & grow the DaaS & Vertical Solutions services biz
• Get marketing intelligence and advice on the trends, insights and
competitive information on the industry
• Recruit correct – right person for the right job
• Galvanize the rest of the organization to grow the T2/T3 biz
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
• Build an efficient GTM model for Tower 2/ Tower 3 service sales
• Work with services BDM & Segment sales team to
• Identify customer needs and pain points
• Propose the right solutions to solve customer problems
• Drive account coverage
• build and maintain business relationships with key Customers in the REL &
SMB
• Work closely with key partners
• Develop action plans to ensure TCV (Total Contract Value) and other key
performance indicators are exceeded for Tower 2/3 including DaaS & vertical
solutions
• Deliver training to the sales team
• Monitor new funnel creation and win rate
• Work on demand gen programs with marketing and segment teams
• Share competitive insights
• Work closely with services product team for the launch of new products.
Build effective strategy to drive training and POSM
• Review product and margin by offering with both Sales and Product Managers
to maximize profit
• Work closely with Segment Sales, Services BDM, Solution Arch & ASD team
• Maintain and provide timely, accurate and up-to-date market intelligence to
India Services business.
• Weekly, monthly and quarterly routine monitor revenue performance and
competition action for Tower2 & 3 Services. Recommend the right actions.
• Attend Sales meetings and Business Partner /Service Partner meetings,
prepare/provide adequate and relevant update on T2/T3 service portfolio and be
an advocate to drive incremental revenue
• Be an active participate in improving business process.

• In depth understanding of the tower 2/3 services offering including DaaS &
Vertical solutions
• Should have strong experience in selling these services to customer. Be
conversant with customer sales & decision-making cycle for Tower 2 & 3
portfolio.
• Strong analytical &presentation skills, Knowledge on PnL
• Be a strong team leader
• Be a strong influencer – be comfortable working in a cross functional
environment – ability to coordinate, collaborate and orchestrate the working
of multiple teams for organization success.
• Well connected with the market – customers, competition & partners
• Strong network and biz understanding – be able to gather information about
the market and derive business insight from data
• Have attention to details and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Strong business acumen and be a competent problem solver and innovative
thinker
• Ability to model complex financial deal scenarios and work under pressure
• Communication skills – ability to recognise challenges and communicate
quickly and effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills must be a self-starter who has experience in
managing multiple initiatives / products simultaneously, passion for start-up
like environment.
• Superior knowledge of PC svcs technology
• Commitment and ownership of role.

• Proven ability to build turn disorder into highly repeatable processes

Previous Experience:
Similar experience of 15-18 yrs in a service dominated organization
Qualifications: A degree in business management with sound technical knowledge
