Leader of Process Management O2C

Job Description
Area of Responsibilities:
Continuous improvement and further development of the internal processes and their
representation in the process management system (based on SAP S/4HANA Cloud System) in
various areas for efficient workflow.
Extend and improve the functionality of current SAP S/4HANA Cloud system, including
requirements specification, cost-benefit considerations and implementation in collaboration
with the affected operational areas.
Documentation of internal processes and SAP functionalities as well as planning and
implementation of corresponding training of the employees.
Conception and implementation of process KPIs and analyzes.
Manage team member and coordinate with consultants in Germany to support
implementation and improvement of processes in SAP.
Ensuring the stability of SAP in China and possible other business developing countries
O2C solution design. Work with Import/Export, Finance, Purchase, Quality Department and
and 3rd party solutions to support processes in SAP system.
Other tasks assigned by General Manager.
Person Specification:
1. Skills / Competencies
Safe handling of topics as an interface to IT, as well as basic programming skills would be
an advantage;
Conceptual analytical way of thinking, as well as distinct process and goal orientation;
High level of initiative, self-reliance, assertiveness and communication skills.
2. Leadership
Direct leadership, as well as indirect leadership by example and mentoring.
3. Education
Bachelor or above degree with Engineering background is preferred.
4. Experience
At least 2 years of work experience on procurement, technical or project management.
Experience in SAP system establishment, good knowledge of SAP systems is desirable
Experience in process planning and optimization in the areas of development.
5. Travel
Less than 30%.
6. Language
Business fluent in English, Chinese desirable, German advantageous
