2. Act as liaison officer in collaborating with other BUs and functions in driving MDRT initiatives

1. Support Chief Agency Officer – Next Gen Leaders (CAO NGL) in planning, directing and coordinating MDRT initiatives:

- Support project WS MDRT lead to prepare, plan, execute, monitor the project/ initiatives to grow MDRT numbers

- Liaise with Agency Executive (AE) team on the MDRT tracking and monitoring;

- Monitor/ track the funneling of MDRT pipelines (this includes MDRT reports for internal and group reporting)

- Act as liaison officer and main PIC in collaborating with Operations (including NBUW, Claims, POS, Customer Care), Marketing, and other divisions in Agency Distributions Channel Management (NAT, Strategy, Agency Communications, Agency Events, Division 1, Division 2, Division 3, Agency Business Support, Digital), Legal & Compliance, etc

- Conduct, monitor, and track MDRT membership registrations

2. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
